We make sure the worksite is safe for everyone, following all the proper safety rules to keep things running smoothly.

We schedule a project review meeting every week with the Design Manager and Project Manager, on design builds, or Project Manager and Architect, on builds with outside designers. This meeting is to review design decisions, site progress, overall construction schedule and budget.
