Oceanfront by Battersby Howat

Built into a low rock bluff on the Salish Sea, this modern waterfront home demanded precision and uncompromising detail. Designed with clean lines and expansive glass to capture the magnificent view, the home blurs indoor and outdoor living. Working closely with the architectural team at Battersby Howat, we executed a complex concrete and steel structure anchored directly into bedrock, seamless glazing, and refined finishing throughout. The result is a resilient, quiet, and highly crafted home that sits naturally in its coastal landscape.
